Product Return Request

Depending on the condition of the returned product, restocking and/or disposal fees may apply. Once your submission has been received and reviewed, a Dynalene team member will contact you for payment information, and to explain the details of when and how any fees will be applied. After we collect this information, a packing slip with return authorization number will be emailed to you. Include this packing slip with your return shipment. Shipments that arrive without a Dynalene return authorization number will be refused. Unless otherwise noted by Dynalene, Inc., ALL freight must be PREPAID. COD/ Collect Shipments will be refused. Quality testing will be done on any opened product to determine its suitability for reuse or reprocessing. The results of this testing may lead to disposal fees as mentioned above.
