Dynalene MV

Minimum Viscosity, Low Temperature Heat Transfer Fluid

Temperature Range for Closed System: -170°F to 325°F / -112°C to 163°C

Dynalene MV heat transfer fluid extends low-end operating ranges far beyond the boundaries of most competitive brands. Even at temperatures below -112°C (-170°F), the fluid remains pumpable. It allows for cost-effective retrofits with minimal equipment modifications. Dynalene MV is chosen for its thermal stability, environmental performance, biodegradability and cost effectiveness in many critical applications.

Dynalene also offers a product line of moisture removal system or the desiccation system that helps in maintaining low moisture content in hydrocarbon, silicone oil and transformer oil (insulation oil). These high capacity molecular sieve based system is designed for effective moisture removal in Dynalene MV heat transfer fluid. Moisture, which can enter into a fluid system due to improper seals, system leaks, improper handling or malfunctioning driers can cause system failures. Moisture in the hydrocarbons when operated below freezing point can form ice crystals that may clog valves and form a coating on heat exchanger surfaces, therefore affect operational efficiency of the refrigeration system. Click here to view our desiccation product listing.
