Return & Refund Policy
Dynalene, Inc. will accept returns of unopened, unused product. You can contact us by phone or email to discuss any issues that you may be having, and we will try to help you resolve them. You can also use the Return Request Form on our website to begin the process.
If you use the Return Request form, we ask that you do not ship anything until a Dynalene sales person has contacted you. We will collect payment information for any fees that need to be applied, and then email you a packing slip with a return authorization number. Include this packing slip with your return shipment. Shipments that arrive without a Dynalene return authorization number will be refused.
All returns – fluids or equipment – are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All fluid returns are subject to quality testing to determine suitability for reuse or reprocessing. Disposal fees will apply if returned fluid is found to be in poor condition. Disposal fees will be applied on top of the restocking fee.
Handling fees, shipping, packaging, etc. are not refundable. Customer is responsible for paying all return shipping and packaging costs. COD/collect shipments will be refused.
